Maribel Gass\u00f3 said that despite what the surveys and polls are showing in this election no candidate can claim victory until the JCE declares the winner. The 37-year old Maribel, as she is known in this campaign, would like to debate with Fernando Alvarez Bogaert, who is old enough to be her father, and her contemporary Jaime David Fern\u00e1ndez.
