He was the first in the country to test positive on 1 March 2020. He had been hospitalized for more than 40 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThank you, thank you very much,\u201d he told the physicians and nurses that celebrated his discharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pascualini arrived from Italy to La Romana International Airport for a stay at a resort in Dominicus on 22 February. Shortly after he suffered from fever and the resort management applied the corresponding protocol and notified the health authorities.
