He argues that the Public Electricity Corporation (CDEEE) and the Ministry of Hacienda and judge Jorge Reyes Lara, president of the Civil and Commercial Chamber of the Court of First Instance of the National District of irregularly favoring Odebrecht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consultores y Contratistas (Conamsa), a company that Rond\u00f3n presides, published its position in Diario Libre on 29 April 2020. The company says they have been favored by three rulings from different judicial instances recognizing the validity of the payment claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rond\u00f3n is the principal defendant in the US$92 million bribes scandal against Odebrecht in the Dominican Republic.
