The tally of deaths is 647, including 12 new registered deaths. The bulletin death number reflects the deaths recorded on the date, not necessarily the deaths occurring during the covered period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of Bulletin #92, 2,605 patients are hospitalized down from 2,743 patients the previous day. Of these, 167 patients are in intensive care units. The fatality rate (the number of reported deaths per number of confirmed cases) for Bulletin #92 is 2.58% and the positivity rate is 18.83%. The numbers of diagnostic tests carried out over the past 14 days [the difference between the PCR tests reported in the past bulletin] are: 2,200 (Bulletin #92), 2,584 (Bulletin #91), 1,932 (Bulletin (#90), 1,822 (Bulletin #89), 1,759 (Bulletin #88), 1,847 (Bulletin #87), 2,159 (Bulletin #86), 2,516 (Bulletin #85), 2,465 (Bulletin #84), 1,935 (Bulletin #83), 1,060 (Bulletin #82), 2,529 (Bulletin #81), 2,351 (Bulletin #80), 2,079 (Bulletin #79), 2,085 (Bulletin #78), 1,771 (Bulletin #77).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statistical reports do not include rapid response blood antibody tests or patients diagnosed with tomography or other means. The Dominican Republic has a population of more than 10 million people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of Thursday, 19 June 2020 at 4pm, the most confirmed cases continue to be reported in urban areas. Greater Santo Domingo (Santo Domingo province and the National District) has 54.5% of the 25,068 total confirmed cases. Santiago, San Cristobal, La Vega, Duarte (San Francisco de Macor\u00eds), Espaillat, La Romana, La Altagracia (Higuey, Ver\u00f3n, Punta Cana), Puerto Plata, Azua, Monse\u00f1or Nouel (Bonao), Barahona, S\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez (Cotu\u00ed) and Hermanas Mirabal (Salcedo) are provinces that have 200 or more cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most new cases or recently allocated cases, are reported for the 18 June deadline are: Santo Domingo province (132), National District (119), Santiago (34), San Crist\u00f3bal (24), La Altagracia (19), La Vega (13), Santiago (11), Azua (14), La Vega (13), Dajab\u00f3n (6), La Romana (6), San Pedro de Macoris (5), El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a (4), Puerto Plata (4), Duarte (3), Monse\u00f1or Nouel (3), Peravia (3), Duarte (3), Espaillat (2), Valverde (2) and Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez (2).
