Environment Minister Angel Estevez said that a protocol has been established for visits of domestic and foreigners. Bathing in rivers and lagoons is banned, not so beach outings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visits are allowed on Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 to 2pm.
