President Medina\u2019s presidency ends on Sunday, 16 August 2020. Medina issued  Decree 315-20, ordering the Ministry of Environment to revoke the Environmental Permit 3771-19. The construction of an ecological resort had been authorized for the Spanish company, Globalia.
