The Public-Private Alliances Law 47-20 that created the agency was enacted on 20 February 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freund Mena graduated in law in 2001 from the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). He specialized in Administrative Law at the University Paris II, Paris, France (2002) and has a specialization in Telecommunications from the Institute of Telecommunication Administration of Canada, Montreal Canada (2003).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was a junior lawyer at Pellerano &amp; Herrera law firm from 1999 to 2000, then legal advisor to the management of the Development Fund at the Dominican Telecommunications Institute (2002-2004).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2004 he was co-founding partner of Staff Legal. Staff Legal partner Eduardo Sanz Lovat\u00f3n is the named Customs Agency director for the Abinader administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freund Mena is a specialist in business, tax, contracts, business as well as litigation.
