Decree 380-20 explains the measure is to help restaurants stay in business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Employees or contractors of restaurants that provide home delivery of cooked food, are allowed to circulate until 11 pm, exclusively for the exercise of their work duties,&#8221; reads the new government measure. The measure applies to in-house restaurant delivery and to companies such as Glovo and UberEats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were opinions in favor and against on social media. There was concern delinquents could circulate posing as delivery personnel.
