He replaces Rolando Guzm\u00e1n who lasted the maximum three terms (2011-2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e1nchez Mari\u00f1ez is a graduate in psychology from the state university (UASD). He has a specialty in planning and higher education management from Intec. He has a doctorate in organization and management from the State University of New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He served as rector of the Salom\u00e9 Ure\u00f1a Higher Institute of Teacher Training (Isfodosu).
