Despite widespread acclaim that he leave the position after having violated the Procurement Law, he instead found a way around the breach in following procurement rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is now canceling the contracts the 70 popular artists would have signed to receive allotments from the RD$100 million fund for future shows, Pe\u00f1a Guaba said the funds would now be registered in the accounting books as donations or &#8220;solidarity support&#8221;.
