The incident is confusing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judge Yarixa Alexandra Cabral de la Cruz accepted the request made by the Justice Department against police corporal Rafael de Jes\u00fas D\u00edaz G\u00f3mez and sergeant Librado Recio Sol\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A military commission headed by General Mauricio Ludovino Fern\u00e1ndez Garc\u00eda, inspector general of the Dominican Air Force, participated in the virtual hearing to support the deceased&#8217;s family. The family suspects their relative was murdered and that the police agents were ordered to carry out the killing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fern\u00e1ndez Garc\u00eda described Rodr\u00edguez Cruz as a valuable and correct officer. With his death, the Air Force loses an important member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We came to support the family. We bet on justice and that due process is taken as it is and that the investigations lead to something positive and give him the satisfaction that the people expect,&#8221; said the general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The killing occurred on 24 December when the deceased was visiting family and friends in Boruco in Guatapanal, Valverde province.
