The tweet indicates the changes are in the Evaristo Morales, El Mill\u00f3n, Los Prados and La Julia neighborhoods<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The changes are:<br>Max Henr\u00edqurez Ure\u00f1a Street is now only east-west from Winston Churchill Avenue to M\u00e1ximo Avil\u00e9s Blonda Street. Between those two roads, Jos\u00e9 Brea Pe\u00f1a Street&#8217;s direction is also changing, and now will be from west to east at that intersection, and driving on Polibio D\u00edaz Street will now be east to west in the Evaristo Morales neighborhood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Biblioteca Nacional (El Mill\u00f3n) and Lorenzo Despradel (Los Prados) streets will now be in the same south-north direction from Av. Paseo de los Locutores to Av. Gustavo Mej\u00eda Ricart.
