Espinal is a well known actor, theater director and cultural promoter. The nomination is in Decree 14-21. He had previously been appointed deputy director of the National Theater, replacing former director Nin\u00ed C\u00e1ffaro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Presidency named Altagracia F\u00e1tima Guzm\u00e1n Lantigua, deputy director of the National Theater.
