Diario Libre asked two of the leading Dominican adventure promoters in the country to recommend river adventures. Carlos Torres (@carlostorresrd) and Jose Castillo (@aquamanrd) shared their favorites for trekking in Puerto Plata province, on the north coast. All the sites are doable by moderately fit people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their answers are in a feature in the newspaper today. They recommend Los 27 Charcos de Damajagua, the most famous waterfall and hiking site.
