First Lady Raquel Arbaje is backing the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Mario Lama, director of the National Health Service, explained during the presentation that the initiative includes a promotional campaign on the importance of detecting cancer early to offer timely diagnosis and treatment in the 10 designated pubic hospitals in five provinces.
