These officers make more than the President and the Vice President of the Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sociologist Candido Mercedes presented the findings in the study &#8220;Advances in the Fulfillment of the General Law of Salaries of the Dominican State&#8221; carried out by the civic movement Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study reveals that 38.2% of these officials work in the Ministry of Public Works, while 30.9% work in the Attorney General&#8217;s Office and 13.6% in the Ministry of Education.
