The investigations into the Snail Case (Operaci\u00f3n Caracol) are carried out by the Specialized Prosecutors Office for the Prosecution of Administrative Corruption (Pepca) now that the auditors are out of government. The Operaci\u00f3n Caracol involves the former members of the Chamber of Accountability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement comes after the judge of the privileged jurisdiction of the SCJ, Mar\u00eda Garabito, declared herself incompetent.
