Jaquez says these persons are behind Ramirez\u2019s murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The defense seeks access to information in the cell phones used by the former director of the Metropolitan Office of Bus Services (OMSA), Manuel Rivas; that of former Omsa financial director Faustino Rosario, and that of businessman Eddy Santana Zorrilla, who were initially linked to the murder of Ramirez. Ramirez was found dead with a concrete block tied to his neck with a chain, in a creek of Hato Nuevo, in the province of Santo Domingo. The defense says Ramos has neglected signing the order that would give access to use the information in the cell phone calls as evidence in the trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaquez presented the complaint before the prosecutor of the Court of Appeals. The defense lawyer says the prosecutor violated the law. He requests that Ramos be placed in preventive detention as a coercive measure and, asked for the prosecutor to be sentenced to 10 years in prison. The Contreras defense team is also accusing Police Colonel Carlos G\u00f3mez Mej\u00eda.
