Applicants must be under 25 and the scholarships are targeted at people from low-income families. Applicants, who must have a grade average above 80%, have until 18 June to submit their applications. These must include a legalized birth certificate and medical record, twelve 2&#215;2 photos, with names on the back, a good conduct certificate, a photocopy of their cedula and a copy of their passport, if available.
