The National Symphony Orchestra season was cancelled in 2020. The orchestra, nevertheless, kept active with presentations online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets to the event should be purchased early at the National Theater box office or through the Fundaci\u00f3n Sinfonia and Uepa tickets online. The attendance to the theater is keeping to Covid-19 protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Symphony Orchestra celebrates its 80th anniversary this 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following is the 2021 Symphony Season program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25 August 2021:<br>Robert Schumann\u2019s Symphony No. 4<br>Johannes Brahms\u2019s Concerto No. 2 for piano and orchestra, piano solo with Antonio Pompa Baldi<br>Conductor: Jose Antonio Molina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 September 2021 :<br>Papa Molina, Three Folkloric Images. <br>Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart\u2019s Concerto No. 23 for piano and orchestra with Yugoslavian pianist Jasmina Gavrilovich<br>Enigma Variations (Edward Elgar).<br>Conductor: Santy Rodr\u00edguez, assistant conductor of the OSN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15 September 2021:<br>Johannes Brahms\u2019s Concerto for violin and Orchestra Op. 77 with Dominican violinist Aysha Syed Castro.<br>Anton\u00edn Dvorak\u2019s Carnival Overture<br>Anton\u00edn Dvorak\u2019s Symphony No. 8<br>Conductor: Jaime Morales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22 September (to be confirmed):<br>Beethoven\u2019s Concerto for violin and orchestra<br>Beethoven\u2019s Symphony No. 3 Eroica<br>Solo participation of Anna Mehlin, violinist of the Berlin Philarmonic. Musicians of the Berlin Philarmonic will be playing with the National Symphony Orchestra.<br>Conductor: Jose Antonio Molina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the program for 10 November:<br>Richard Strauss\u2019s Don Juan symphony.
