The ruling is for the enactment of Law 340-19 for the Promotion of Culture in the Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation of the new ruling is now the responsibility of the Ministry of Culture. President Luis Abinader recently named Milagros Germ\u00e1n to be Minister of Culture as of 10 October 2021.
