Estevez had already been assigned to hear the case against deputy Rosa Amalia Pilarte (PRM-La Vega), suspect of having ties to drug trafficking. Her husband Miguel Arturo L\u00f3pez Florencio (Miky) is arraigned on money laundering charges related to drug trafficking in Miami, Florida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office had requested the appointment to continue investigations regarding deputies Nelson Marmolejo Gil (PRM-Santiago), Faustina Guerrero Cabrera (PRM-El Seibo) and H\u00e9ctor Dar\u00edo F\u00e9liz F\u00e9liz (PRD-Pedernales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SCJ received the accusatory Falc\u00f3n file from the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.
