Next are legendary track stars Shaunae Miller-Uibo of Bahamas, Stephenie Ann McPherson (Jamaica), Quanera Hayes (USA) and Allyson Felix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shaunae Miller-Uibo won the gold medal in the Tokyo Olympic Games. Paulino won silver in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Allyson Felix won the bronze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Athletes score points for the World Athletics global ranking system based on a combination of result and place depending on the level of the competition in which the result is achieved. The ranking is then based on their average score over a certain number of competitions in a defined period of time.
