For around six hours, locals rediscovered the old voice technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Monday, 4 October 2021 outage is described as the largest so far, affecting 3.5 billion users worldwide. The outage also comes as Facebook contends with damaging revelations from an ex-employee.
