Others were allowed house arrest or to post bail. The judge declared the case complex on Friday, 8 October 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those being sent to jail are suspended director of Comunidad Digna, Juan Maldonado Castro (Marcial and\/or El L\u00edder), Mar\u00eda Olimpia Tav\u00e1rez Rodr\u00edguez (Oli and\/or La Princesa), Julio C\u00e9sar Jim\u00e9nez Talavera (Dominican-Venezuelan), Erich Fernando Mel\u00e9ndez G\u00f3mez, V\u00edctor Elpidio Altagracia Paulino Herrera (El Gordo), and Adolfo Antonio Torres Sanabia (Tony and\/or Presidente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, Luis Daniel Nieves Batista, Jos\u00e9 Alejandro de la Cruz Morales (Omar La Mo\u00f1a), Yana Iris Maldonado Castro, Lenin Bladimir Torres Bueno, Marisol L\u00f3pez Ceballos, Delfina Asunci\u00f3n Polanco, Jos\u00e9 Miguel Castillo Taveras (Migue), Felipe Espino Germ\u00e1n and Elva Teresa Polanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused will be held at the Rafey-Hombres Correction and Rehabilitation Center in Santiago and at La Isleta in Moca, El Pinito in La Vega, Vista del Valle in San Francisco de Macor\u00eds, among other prisons in the northern region of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>House arrest was ordered for Amadeo Garibaldi Read Ruiz, Javier Antonio Tav\u00e1rez, known as Jos\u00e9 Checo, Ang\u00e9lica Maldonado, Ana Margarita Collado, Andr\u00e9s Guzm\u00e1n Collado and Juan Carlos Dur\u00e1n.
