Yesterday, Jorge Perez Diaz, international vice president for MLB signed an agreement with the Ministry of Sports for the donating of US$300,000 to be used for improvements in baseball fields and stadiums in 30 provinces, not including the major stadiums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perez D\u00edaz said MLB approved a proposal presented by Junior Noboa, National Baseball Commissioner.
