Where were the controls of the government?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigative reporter looked into the deal signed by Adan Peguero for the Dominican Postal Institute (Inposdom) with MiaCargo, a door-to-door courier company owned by Argentinian businessman Diego Vestillero. who is being tried in Argentina for a major cargo contraband case. Peguero admitted during the interview he was aware of the criminal charges regarding the Argentine businessman.
