Huawei is backing new training courses in the areas of telecommunications and informatics, and will offer Huawei certification programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement was signed by the general director of Infotep, Rafael Santos Bad\u00eda, and by the president of Huawei Technologies Dominicana, Cai Yifan.
