The Public Ministry charges Santana Moronta with committing a RD$18.4 million fraud against the state. The Public Ministry notified that the scam involved the social welfare programs &#8220;Comer es primero&#8221;, Pa &#8216;ti&#8221;, &#8220;Qu\u00e9date en Casa&#8221; and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santana Moronta is charged with violating <meta charset=\"utf-8\">Crimes and Crimes of High Technology Law 53-07. Santana Moronta is charged with illicit obtaining of funds and identity theft.
