El Dia reports that La Kuora had been leased by a military man who then transferred it to Cesar Emilio Peralta, and now has been returned to the original owner. A US federal court is hearing Peralta\u2019s case in San Juan, Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cesar Emilio Peralta operation used the operation of discotheques to launder drug trafficking revenues.
