The works include the expansion of the highway, the side road that starts at Juan Carlos Bridge on Charles de Gaulle Avenue and ends in Los Corales Street in Boca Chica to connect to the Autov\u00eda del Este.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public Works Minister Deligne Ascensi\u00f3n said that the construction of the Andres Bypass is far advanced and should be completed by the first days of March.
