As of 8 January 2022, the airline was authorized through a special permit to explore the feasibility of the route. The company now has requested the route be included regularly in its operating permit. Regular flights on the Boston\/Puerto Plata route are now scheduled to begin on 7 May 2022, with a frequency of Saturday flights until December 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The JAC also says that Plus Ultra L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas will be operating the Madrid\/Santo Domingo\/Madrid. The low-cost carrier will compete with Air Europa and Iberia. The airline will fly Airbus A340 aircraft with capacity of 275 to 360 passengers, with a frequency of four flights a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
