Universities charge a similar fee for each semester or cycle, depending on the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of the private schools, these have resorted to renaming or to financing the additional charge. In some cases, the schools charge the first tuition quota to ensure a place in the class, which is not refundable or transferable.
