The Dominican Republic is a prime choice for those considering buying a golf home. “A range of golf courses and homes, as well as scenic beaches, watersports and hiking, can be found in areas like Kite Beach in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic,” reads the New York Times article published on 1 April 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the “7 Tips for Buying a Golf Home,” Shivani Vora also tells New York Times readers about the amenities that should also be considered when buying the golf home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dominican Republic meets all these pluses that add to the comforts of a home in a golf gated community as mentioned in the article. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your community’s location matters, Philip A. White Jr., the president of Sotheby’s International Realty and an avid golfer told the NYTimes reporter. “You can only play golf so much, and you’re going to be off the course more than you’re on, so you need to love the area where you buy and have nongolf diversions.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some golf-rich areas are near beaches, year-round activities or quality restaurants. And, Mr. White said, “You want to be near hospitals, grocery stores and shopping and own a home that’s easy to reach by flight or car.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
