The Dominican Republic is now at Level 1: Low Level of Covid-19. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The United States is the main source of tourists and travelers to the Dominican Republic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the 18 April 2022 notice, the CDC updated its Covid-19 THN system. Level 4 will no longer be based on Covid-19 incidence or case count alone. It will be reserved for special circumstances, such as rapidly escalating case trajectory or extremely high case counts, emergence of a new variant of concern, and healthcare infrastructure collapse.
