The defense of Editora Actualidad Escolar is open to the deal, as reported. The Superior Administrative Court (TSA) postponed the hearing for Tuesday, 5 July to give time to the parties to reach an agreement. The case involves a tender for digital school books for high school students (MINERD-CCC-PEDEX-2022-0003).
