One such reform that has come to light is the creation of a Ministry of Justice, rather than the current Department of Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guest speaker at the luncheon sponsored by the American Chamber of Commerce chapter in Santiago late last week, German Brito also touched on the much-discussed Extinction of Domain Bill (basically a law to cover government confiscation of ill-gotten assets), and noted that it needed to be reviewed \u201cwith a lot of caution.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The distinguished jurist also predicted that the Constitutional Court would get a lot of cases after the law was enacted.
