He replaces actor Carlos Espinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlos Veit\u00eda is the founder of Ballet Concierto Dominicano, the country\u2019s most successful ballet company. He has directed the National Dominican Ballet for three years, receiving the highest praise.
