The legislation allows the forfeiture of the assets of the incriminated persons in the Dominican Republic and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bill was sent to the Presidency for enactment. It includes a clause that gives a year grace period to train the judges and judicial staff and that allows for further amendments prior to its application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bill is specific to which cases will be subject to its clauses.
