The SDQ-BLB route starts in October 2022. The biweekly flights will be on Thursdays and Sundays. The airline is flying a Boeing 737-800 with capacity for 186 seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The low fares expect to develop more traffic of tourists and business people between both cities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wingo will depart from Panama City\u2019s Pacifico International Airport (BLB) to Las Americas International Airport (SDQ). The flight starts at RD$103 for the Panama-Santo Domingo leg and US$81 for the Santo Domingo-Panama stretch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pacifico Airport (BLB) is a former US military airbase airport. Panama City has three airports \u2013 Tocumen (PTY), Albrook (PAC) and Pacifico (BLB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Wingo announcement coincides with the announcement of the start of flights to Central America by new Dominican low cost carrier Arajet.
