Resolution 02-2008, dated 7 March, puts the punitive fine at 1,380 minimum wages or RD$3,659,608.20, and the cost of cleaning up the beaches and coastline near the port at RD$3,435,706.30. The costs were calculated based on the ministry&#8217;s administrative regulations.
