The ruling was issued on 19 October 2022, after several postponements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fatal accident occurred when the driver took a curve at the Bulevar Turistico del Este in the area Bavaro when on the way with a bus full of South American tourists to a boat excursion in Saona Island.
