The woman and two accomplices, Yorvy Soto, and Roberto de Jes\u00fas Reyes, were arrested on the Duarte highway, following a complaint of kidnapping on 20 October 2022 placed by Hern\u00e1ndez&#8217;s daughter. Later the authorities discovered the 70-year old had plotted her own kidnapping. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The threesome were pulled over on the Villa Altagracia Duarte Highway road stretch when they were making their way to Santo Domingo.
