Last week, Panamanian Public Works Minister Rafael Sabonge signed off on the US$91 million deal. Panamanian President Laurentino Cortizo Cohen was present for the announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Corredor del Caribe is the road that will join the Panama-Col\u00f3n highway with the Costa Arriba on the Caribbean coast of Panama.
