Acroarte and the Cervecer\u00eda presented the show \u201cSoberano: the Infinite Dominican Talent\u201d to announce next year\u2019s award ceremony. The Cervecer\u00eda is the brewer of Presidente beer, the long time sponsor of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the announcement event, the lifelong contributions of comedian Cuqu\u00edn Victoria, and merengue singers Pochy Familia, Adalgisa Pantale\u00f3n and Juan Luis Guerra and 4-40 were recognized at the Garden Room of the Hotel Embajador. Others recognized were Carlos Cepeda Suriel, the creator of the awards, and CERTV, Channel 4, for being the first channel to broadcast the award. Ellis Perez, president of the board of directors of the state television channel received the recognition for the station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Soberano Awards will be held in March 2023.
