Bournigal Read graduated with honors in law from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2003. In 2005 he obtained a Master&#8217;s Degree (LLM) in Banking and Finance Law, concentration in Project Finance and Securities Market Transactions from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the time of his appointment, he was cabinet director at the Administrative Ministry of the Presidency (MAPRE) to where he was appointed in 2020.
