The farmer is accused of using fire to clear his land and the fire spread to nearby forests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Court of Instruction of the Judicial District of Azua imposed the preventive measure in response to the accusatory file presented by Eusebio Corcino Alc\u00e1ntara, coordinator of the Specialized Prosecutor&#8217;s Office for the Defense of the Environment and Natural Resources (Proedemaren) for the province of Azua.
