The brand targets business and leisure travelers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hotel will open in phases, with the first phase of 126 rooms increasing to 284 at completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>San Francisco de Macoris is a medium-sized city with easy access to hiking destinations such as Loma Quita Espuela and beach destinations such as Cabrera and Nagua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Franklin Romero, spokesman for the investor group, said that the hotel will open adjacent to Premium Residence, a residential development with a cultural center, movie houses, shopping center, amphitheater and private medical clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project contemplates an investment of RD$12 billion. The development area is around 560,000 square meters, located at avenida Antonio Guzm\u00e1n Fern\u00e1ndez, a short distance from the San Francisco de Macor\u00eds bypass (Av.
