The other judges are El\u00edas Santini Perera and Arisleida M\u00e9ndez Batista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cruz de la Mota is awaiting trial in the Najayo Jail, San Cristobal. He is accused of killing Jorge Mera on 6 June 2020 at the Ministry of Environment. The two were alone when the killing occurred in the office of the minister of Environment.
