The ruling Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) deputy is seeking payment of salaries for months he has been in jail in the United States accused of drug trafficking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The action was filed after the president of the lower house, Alfredo Pacheco, ordered the withholding of all salaries, allowances and benefits of the deputy, imprisoned in Miami for drug trafficking.
